The Renewable Power Association (RPA) are holding a biomass/biofuels conference and exhibition alongside Renewables East, the renewables energy agency for the East of England, on 19/20 July in Cambridge.

Lord Oxburgh, Chairman of Shell, will give the energy company's perspective on biofuels while Andrew Owens, Chief Executive of Greenergy, will talk about plans to use UK rapeseed in 2006. Dr Stephen Ladyman, the new Minister for Transport, is expected to talk about the Government's perspective on biofuels.

The delegate fee for non-RPA members is £150 (+ VAT) for the biomass conference (19 July) and £75 for the biofuels event (20 July).
