  • LowCVP and UKTI are to host a first “Meet the University” reception at LCV2013. The networking reception, which will take place on the 4th September 2013 between 5pm and 6:30pm, will be held in Hall 2. It aims to provide an opportunity for UK university representatives to meet with industry participants, including overseas visitors, UK SMEs, as well as UKTI overseas officers.

  • Now in its 6th year, LCV is one of the UK's leading, national low carbon vehicle events featuring a major exhibition (including ride and drive opportunities), conferences, seminars, networking and other activities. The LowCVP will be exhibiting and otherwise playing an active role at the event including promoting the Low Carbon Automotive Directory supported by the Dept for Business and UKTI.

  • The 10th competition in the Integrated Delivery Programme (IDP 10) of the Technology Strategy Board's Low Carbon Vehicle Innovation Platform (LCVIP) will be launched shortly. To give interested parties the chance to learn more about the scope of the latest competition and to find out how you can take part, the TSB is holding a major networking opportunity at the Motor Heritage Centre at Gaydon on 5th August.

  • UK AD & Biogas 2013

    The Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Association’s (ADBA) trade show UK AD & Biogas 2013 is the only exhibition in the country dedicated exclusively to anaerobic digestion and biogas.

  • This networking event, run by the Technology Strategy Board, will explain the key elements and opportunities of the Motorsport Valley Launchpad competition and to offer an opportunity for those interested to network with the view to meeting potential consortium partners.

  • A debate on the upcoming review in the European Parliament of the EU Regulation on New Car C02 Emissions with Fiona Hall, MEP, Julie Elliott, MP and leading industry and NGO representatives.

  • The Automotive Cleantech conference on 27 June 2013 is a one day event focusing on investment in innovation in the 'automotive cleantech 'sector.

  • This free event will showcase the CitiZen Car developed by the ECOSHELL FP7 Project and similar Electric Vehicle (EV) concepts. The event will present the biocomposite Body-In-White of this superlight city car. The workshop is an attempt to bring together the 'best in the business' and streamline ideas leading to commercialisation and to follow-up project proposals (Horizon 2020). The workshop will also include a consortium aiming to build activity for future calls in the area of green composites.
