  • The International Vehicle Aerodynamics Conference 2014 is the latest event in the successful series supported by the Royal Aeronautical Society and Mira since 1994. This conference provides an opportunity for engineers, designers, academics and researchers to present the latest developments across an extensive range of aerodynamics themes. The call for papers to be presented at this event has been announced. Deadline: 31 January 2014.

  • This European workshop in Rotterdam, hosted by Clean Fleet’s project partner the City of Rotterdam will be spread over two days with a chance to take a closer look at specific vehicles during a Clean Fleets 'Meet the Vehicles' tour at the Netherland's national fair on sustainable mobility 'Ecomobiel' and a workshop sharing experiences in the procurement of electric vehicles.

  • GreenFleet Arrive 'N' Drive

    The GreenFleet Arrive N Drive event will give fleet managers the opportunity to test drive the latest clean vehicles on a world class race track whilst also showcasing organisations that encourage efficient driving techniques and green fleet management practices. Over 100 types of vehicle will be on show, with electric and range-extended technology featuring prominently.

  • Electric Vehicle Summit 2014

    The Electric Vehicle Summit provides a platform for knowledge sharing between the automotive sector, government and academia to share knowledge about the development of the EV Sector in Surrey. Transport Minister Baroness Kramer will give the keynote address. 

  • This seminar will examine the application and use of gaseous fuels in vehicles.  Delegates will be able to explore the different types of gases that can be used as fuels, and gain an insight into the benefits gaseous fuels have over traditional liquid fuels.

  • Cenex-LCV2014

    Cenex-LCV 2014, the UK's largest Low Carbon Vehicle and technology event, will be held on 10th & 11th September 2014 at the Millbrook Proving Ground. The seventh in a series of national low carbon vehicle events run by Cenex, this year LCV2014 provides exhibitors with a technology exhibition area based in three halls, as well as outdoor exhibition space on the Steering Pad for both static vehicle displays, and space for vehicles participating in the ride & drive activities on Millbrook’s tracks.

  • The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership (LowCVP) is inviting organisations that have made a real difference in the area of low carbon transport to apply for the Low Carbon Champions Awards. There are seven categories, covering areas ranging from cars to innovations, and the winners will be announced at a new event – set to be the low carbon transport networking event of the year - on Wednesday September 10 2014.
