GKN Automotive Innovation Centre is the UK Research and Development arm of the business. Our objective is to create world-leading automotive eDrive technology for a cleaner, greener future for all. We specialise in the hard to answer, developing next +1 generation eDrive technology for volume market adoption, combining knowledge and experience in Electric Machines Design, Power Electronics Design, Software & Control Systems, Complex Systems Integration and Vehicle Integration, we are able to go from concept to prototype built and tested in vehicle from the one facility.
