  • A new one-day Conference Expo on sustainable fuels and transport, organised by CIR Ltd and sponsored by SEEDA will take place on 19 September 2007 at the Said Business School, Oxford. The event is free to attend for LowCVP members and associates.

  • The GreenFleet Awards takes place on 6th September at East Wintergarden in London and will reward various organisations in the transport industry for their environmental best practice efforts and innovations.

  • The GreenFleet Capital Arrive 'n' Drive event which takes place on Thursday July 26 at the Guild Hall Yard, London will allow fleet managers and transport practitioners to get the "touch, taste, feel" experience of the greenest vehicles on the market today, as well as those likely to be available in the near future.

  • Low Carbon Vehicle Technology seminar and exhibition hosted by Cenex and Leeds City Council.

  • This year's LowCVP conference will include a keynote address by the Secretary of State for Transport, Douglas Alexander, and many other high profile speakers; Dr Caroline Lucas, Green Party MEP for South-East England is the latest to confirm her attendance. The event will feature the winning entries to the Cars NOT Carbon competition which aims to promote greener motoring marketing. There will be debates on 'hot topics' including CO2 regulation and biofuels. Delegates will also be the first to learn the results of the largest survey of the opinions of the LowCVP's 250+ stakeholder organisations.
