The Renewable Power Association are holding the 2005 Biomass Conference at Queens' College, Cambridge on 19 July. This event is followed on 20 July by a Biofuels Conference, organised by Renewables East.

Topics to be discussed at this years conference include: The Biomass Task Force; Defra funded research & development for biomass; What makes for successful biomass project development?;
Risk management and energy crop projects; Biomass waste and the 2005/6 Review of the Renewables Obligation.

Speakers include: Sir Ben Gill, Biomass Task Force and Defra minister, Lord Whitty.
