The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership (LowCVP) presented its third Low Carbon Champions Awards at an evening of celebration in Central London on 29 January 2013. The winners were announced at the Awards gala event which followed the Partnership's 10th anniversary celebration at One Birdcage Walk, Westminster. The events were held with the support of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). The Low Carbon Champions Awards are designed to identify and promote examples of outstanding and innovative practice in accelerating the shift to lower carbon vehicles and fuels and reducing road transport emissions.
