LowCVP Annual Conference

Project Brief:

The LowCVP's Annual Conference is the leading event in the Partnership's year. Running for over 10 years, the event has become a leading fixture in the environmental transport calendar and attracts senior representatives from stakeholder organisations from within and outside the Partnership.

Objectives:

  1. To provide a focal point for discussions around key topical themes in the area of road transport and climate change.
  2. To bring Partnership members and other stakeholders together to enable dialogue and networking opportunities.
  3. To showcase the latest Partnership activities and outputs and bring them to the attention of policy makers, opinion leaders and policy influencers, including media.
  4. To help raise the public profile of the LowCVP and encourage new stakeholders to join and play an active part in the Partnership.
  5. To cover event costs through sponsorship and delegate fees and thus help to support the work of the Partnership.

Outputs:

  • Summary and presentations to website.
  • Published reports and other outputs.
  • Press releases and media liaison.
  • Website Conference-related resource centre.

The 2017 Conference took place on 27th June at City Hall, Queens Walk, London, SE1 2AA.
