Greenwatt Technology promotes and encourages the uptake of Electric Vehicles Greenwatt project case studies: Low carbon transport for Medical Practices The Warwickshire General Practitioner Electric Vehicle (GPEV) Project is a pilot scheme to establish and monitor a network of EVs and charging points located at GP surgeries and health care centres across rural Warwickshire. Assisted Living shared EV scheme Project for a major housing association to provide residents of assisted living and retirement complexes with a shared electric vehicle facility, reducing annual vehicle costs, depreciation and car park space whilst providing improved driving experience. EVs for Rural Businesses Warwickshire Electric Vehicles This project will introduce electric cars and vans to rural businesses across Warwickshire, examining economic benefits, monitoring performance and providing driver support as part of the Warwickshire Rural Growth Innovation Scheme. Electric public transport bus trial A pilot electric bus trial to investigate the economic and technical performance, operating on the Park and Ride service through the historic town of Stratford upon Avon. The trial also assessed the driver and passenger experience of the electric bus in comparison with diesel buses. Stratford upon Avon - now an Electric Vehicle Town Planned and managed the installation of electric charge points for Stratford District Council , demonstrating the Councils commitment to reducing CO2 emissions. Phase 2 will encourage the use of EVs amongst other local businesses and householders.

Re-fuelling the countryside Project to investigate the potential for the use of innovative low carbon transport technologies and fuels in rural areas and on farms, leading to integrated rural transport solutions which meet the needs of rural businesses and communities, encourage enterprise and reduce the carbon footprint of agriculture.
