The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN), in cooperation with Innovate UK, is hosting a free special preview event to facilitate first sight of the next round of Horizon 2020 transport funding calls.

The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN), in cooperation with Innovate UK, is hosting a free special preview event to facilitate first sight of the next round of Horizon 2020 transport funding calls.

The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN), in cooperation with Innovate UK, is hosting a free special preview event to facilitate first sight of the next round of Horizon 2020 transport funding calls.

Delegates will receive a special preview of the draft Horizon 2020 Transport work programme activities across all transport modes – road, rail, air and maritime, covering:

  • Resource efficient transport that respects the environment
  • Better mobility, less congestion, more safety and security
  • Global leadership for European transport industry
  • Socio-economic and behavioural research and forward-looking activities for policy making.

In addition the event will set out the drivers and themes of the work programme, highlight the essentials of a successful proposal bid and the criteria for evaluation, and provide networking opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experiences whilst helping to ease the path toward seeking partners and for building consortia.
