LowCVP and Energy Saving Trust Community Challenge: Leading the way to low carbon journeys

The LowCVP and Energy Saving Trust Community Challenge awarded cash prizes from £500 to £5,000 for community based projects to introduce lower carbon travel, or low carbon alternatives to travel. There were three categories in the competition: Vehicles and Fuels, Smarter/Eco-driving and Reducing Car Use. The deadline for entries to the Community Challenge has now passed.

Thank you to everyone who entered the Community Challenge – there was a great response and the judges were impressed by the varied and imaginative ways people are supporting the shift to low carbon transport and travel. Read all about the winning projects here.
